Our studios

Dear Guests,
Welcome to OREA Boutique Studios!

We would like to introduce you to the house rules and wish you a pleasant stay in Asprovalta:

• Check-in is after 15:00 on the day of arrival. According to Greek law, all tourists must be registered.
• Each studio is provided with one set of keys, which includes a door key and an electric key card. In case of loss, a penalty of €50 will be charged.
• Check-out is by 10:00 on the day of departure. Please inform us in advance about your departure time so the studio can be inspected before you leave.
• Smoking is prohibited inside all studios. If smoke is detected, the fire alarm system will activate! A cleaning fee of €100 will be charged for violations.
• Before entering the building from the beach, please use the brushes and the outdoor tap located to the right of the main entrance to remove sand.
• The studios must be used in a way that does not disturb other guests. According to Greek law, quiet hours are from 14:30 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 08:00.

For your convenience, the following appliances are available in each studio:

• Air conditioner, cable TV
  
  

• Refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, hairdryer, iron
  
  

• Coffee machine – only to be used with mineral water, which will be refilled by the cleaning staff. Please do not use tap water.
  
  

• Air fryer – for quick and healthy cooking
  
  

• Safe box – located in one of the kitchen cupboards, with operating instructions on the next page

SAFE PROGRAMMING INSTRUCTIONS
1.) Press the red “X” button inside the battery compartment until you hear two beeps.
2.) Enter a code of 3 to 8 digits of your choice and confirm by pressing the “B” button immediately, but no later than 15 seconds. If you exceed the time, start again.
3.) Memorize or write down your new combination and check if it was successfully programmed by testing the door.

TO USE THE SAFE
To open the safe, enter your personal code and confirm with the “A” button. You will hear a beep and the green light will come on. Then turn the handle within 5 seconds to open the door.
If you or someone else enters the wrong code, the safe will not open. After three incorrect attempts, wait 20 seconds before trying again.
If three more incorrect attempts are made, you must wait about 5 minutes.
